The Renegades Trilogy continues, in this fiercely awaited second installment after the New York Times-bestselling Renegades by Marissa Meyer, author of the Lunar Chronicles.

Time is running out.
Together, they can save the world.
But they each other’s worst nightmare.

In Renegades, Nova and Adrian (aka Insomnia and Sketch) fought the battle of their lives against the Anarchist known as the Detonator. It was a short-lived victory.

The Anarchists still have a secret weapon, one that Nova believes will protect her. The Renegades also have a strategy for overpowering the Anarchists, but both Nova and Adrian understand that it could mean the end of Gatlon City – and the world – as they know it.

I read Renegades last year and it was such a treat because I’m superhero trash. I loved the Young Justice, Teen Titans, and X-Men vibes that I got from it. I’m excited to see what direction Meyer takes the story with this sequel. Also, Marissa Meyer has an event near me the day after Archenemies comes out so I’m hoping to get this series and The Lunar Chronicles signed.

      1. That’s great to hear because I enjoyed Renegades overall but I thought the beginning was a bit slow when I read the physical copy, so I hope I find the audiobook more engaging. I definitely need a refresher haha, I’m awful at remembering details from books I’ve read months ago.
